Pelless is a combination of construction and high technology startup, with a line of products in the construction measuring tools family. It was founded at 2018 by Dror Halahmi and Erez Halahmi, both highly experienced Electronics Engineers with decades of experience in the hi-tech industry in various professional and managerial rolls. Pelless was founded as a result of detecting problems encountered while Erez built his own house. The first product developed was the Construction Aid which provides a whole solution for all stages in the construction process. The second product is the iLevel which is an innovative leveler.
The Construction Aid is the all-in-one construction tool. This product assists workers in all areas of construction including cement plastering, flooring, drywall, electricity, plumbing and more. The goal is that the old measuring tools, such as meters and levelers, will be gradually replaced by the Construction Aid, thus providing us with a faster, more cost-effective as well as significantly more accurate results.

Flooring, in the same way as cement plastering, can be achieved using a projector or using a tablet or smartphone. For example, in the above image, the Construction Aid is placed above the floor and continously checks the flooring. The tile which is being worked on by the user is currently too high, which is represented by the green colored corner on the smartphone. After correction, the green corner will become white as its area.
The Construction Aid presents an accurate map of where the studs should be placed while providing real time colored guidelines to the user's smartphone or tablet, or that can be projected on the studs themselves. The above image show an example of drywall that is built using colored guidelines to place each stud. As a result, all the studs are accurately leveled and placed precisely in the required positions, according to the plans.
While working, projeted colors provide accurate guidlines for doing the work for absolute precision. The color map includes many colors for the various depth options, each represent a one mm layer. During the work, the projected colors are continuously automatically real time updated and the work is done way faster and more accurate. The result is a significant cost reduction in material and working time and the precision is way better.
The iLevel is a hands free innovative leveler, which gives an accurate audible indication of leveling. It doesn’t need to touch the object and has a variable effective length according to user's preferences. It is composed of two lidars projected on the object and their corresponding measurements are processed which results in an indication of the object's leveling. This is translated to an audible indication.
It can be used for any leveling purpose, both vertical and horizontal or any required angle.
The iLevel's lidars are pointed to the object and tell the user what to do in order in order to achieve leveling. It doesn't need to be placed on a leveled surface. Just place it on any surface and it'll automatically adjust itself for accurte readings and leveling instructions.
